Shipping policy

Local delivery is for CO11, CO12 only. 

Local deliveries are Monday to Friday and are usually made between 1 & 5pm. Please allow extra time during busy periods. Same-day delivery cut-off time is 1pm. 

Royal Mail orders are sent same day if placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent on the following business day.
